利用膨潤(rùn)土及硫化物對(duì)污泥中重金屬的穩(wěn)定化研究

摘要： 分別采用膨潤(rùn)土及硫化物對(duì)污泥中重金屬進(jìn)行了穩(wěn)定化研究,通過重金屬形態(tài)分析及浸出毒性實(shí)驗(yàn),研究了兩種物質(zhì)吸附及穩(wěn)定化污泥中重金屬的作用,從而為污泥農(nóng)用中重金屬的處理提供一個(gè)有效的方法.結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)過處理后,污泥中重金屬的浸出毒性減少,可以滿足污泥農(nóng)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn),重金屬不穩(wěn)定形態(tài)含量顯著減少.其中,膨潤(rùn)土對(duì)重金屬Cd、Ni具有較好的吸附效果,pH值是影響吸附的重要因素;而硫化物對(duì)重金屬Zn、Cu和Cd具有較好的穩(wěn)定化效果,當(dāng)加入10%的藥劑時(shí), Zn的浸出濃度僅為4.96mg/L,同時(shí)污泥中重金屬不穩(wěn)定形態(tài)的比例減少了約50%～60%. Abstract： The stabilization of heavy metals in sludge was studied by using bentonite and Sulfide separately. With chemical speciation analysis of heavy metals and with heavy metal toxic characteristic leaching experiment, the application probability of two kinds of materials in adsorption and stabilization of heavy metals were studied to offer a new way to treat heavy metals effectively in the agriculture utilization of sludge. Results show that leaching concentration of heavy metals is decreased to meet the standard of sludge utilization in agriculture. And, the species of heavy metals are changed too with the ratio of the unsteady species of heavy metals in sludge reduced greatly. Among these, Bentonite has effective adsorptive properties on heavy metals like Cd and Ni, while pH value is main influencing factor on adsorption and sodium sultide has good stabilization properties on heavy metals like Zn,Cu and Cd.
