　　7 May 2009 -- As of 18:00 GMT, 7 May 2009, 24 countries have officially reported 2371 cases of influenza A (H1N1) infection.

　　世界衛生組織5月7日消息截止格林尼治時間2009年5月7日18時，有24個國家已經正式報告發現了總共2371個甲型（H1N1）流感病毒感染病例。

　　Mexico has reported 1112 laboratory confirmed human cases of infection, including 42 deaths. The United States has reported 896 laboratory confirmed human cases, including two deaths.墨西哥已經報告了1112名經確認的人感染病例，包括42例死亡。美國政府已經報告了896例實驗室確認的人感染病例，包括2例死亡。

　　The following countries have reported laboratory confirmed cases with no deaths - Austria (1), Canada (201), China, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (1), Colombia (1), Costa Rica (1), Denmark (1), El Salvador (2), France (5), Germany (10), Guatemala (1), Ireland (1), Israel (6), Italy (5), Netherlands (2), New Zealand (5), Poland (1), Portugal (1), Republic of Korea (3), Spain (81), Sweden (1), 以下國家已經有實驗室確認的病例報告，但是沒有死亡報告。奧地利1例，加拿大201例，中國香港特別行政區1例，哥倫比亞1例，哥斯達黎加1例，丹麥1例，薩爾瓦多2例，法國5例，德國10例，危地馬拉1例，愛爾蘭1例，以色列6例，意大利5例，荷蘭2例，新西蘭5例，波蘭1例，葡萄牙1例，韓國3例，西班牙81例，瑞典1例，瑞士1例，英國32例。Switzerland (1) and the United Kingdom (32).

　　WHO is not recommending travel restrictions related to the outbreak of the influenza A(H1N1) virus.世界衛生組織建議不必限制常規旅行或者關閉邊境。

　　Individuals who are ill should delay travel plans and returning travelers who fall ill should seek appropriate medical care. These recommendations are prudent measures which can limit the spread of many communicable diseases, including influenza.

　　患病的人應當推遲旅行計劃，旅行歸來后發生不適者要去就醫。這些建議是普遍適用于預防許多通過接觸傳染的疾病的，包括流感在內。
