Therefore, to control poputation growth more strictly is clearly essential to the country's reforms and economic development. We should restress the importance of birth control and call on the whole nation to take mure effective actions.

然而，目前中國人口仍然增長很快。據(jù)報(bào)道中國人口每年增加1500多萬，20世紀(jì)90年代中國正遇到生育高峰。顯而易見，中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和人民生活水平的改善已經(jīng)受到了并將更大地受到人口的影響。
因此，嚴(yán)格控制人口增長對(duì)中國的改革和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展是很必要的。我們應(yīng)當(dāng)強(qiáng)調(diào)控
制生育的重要性，并且號(hào)召全國采取更有效的行動(dòng)。
