如何寫英語感謝信和祝賀信

1．如何寫感謝信

 感謝信是一種表示感謝的私人或公務信函。其寫法與投訴信相似，只是內容正好相反。感謝信一般要開門見山表明寫信意圖——感謝，然后重點詳述感謝緣由，最后再次致謝。其主體部分據此可分為三段。感謝信要做到感情真摯，語氣懇切。如下例：

Dear John,

 I am writing to thank you for your timely help after I was involved in a traffic accident the other day.

 I was cycling to school when I was knocked off my bike by a taxi. If it had not been for your assistance in giving me first aid and taking me to the nearby hospital, the consequences might have been much more serious. My doctor says that my broken leg is healing well. And the taxi company has agreed to pay my medical bills.

 I am more thankful to you than I can express in words. Please accept my gratitude, now and always.

 Yours sincerely

感謝信鉆石句型

 第一段：I am writing to express my thanks to you for…／I am writing to extend my sincere gratitude for…／On behaLf of my whole family,1 would like to extend my sincere gratitude for…／I would like to convey in the letter my heartfelt thanks to you for…,1 would like to take this opportunity to express my great appreciation for your timely help in…

第三段：Thank you again for your kind help./Please accept my thanks./l must thank you again for your generous help.fl feel obliged to thank you once more./My gratitude to you is beyond words.／Words fail me to express my gratitude to you./Your help is very much appreciated by each of us.

 2．如何寫祝賀信

 祝賀信是一種常見的私人信函。(英語作文　www.fwsir.com)當親友升遷、升學、獲獎或事業上取得重大成績時，需寫祝賀信表示恭賀和祝福。其寫作重點在于對收信人的成就做出積極評價，用詞要親切熱情真誠。祝賀信正文可分為三段：第一段表明寫信意圖——祝賀；第二段表達對收信人成就的認可和積極評價：第三段表達對收信人的祝愿。如下例：

Dear Wang Lin,

 I am writing to convey my warm congratulations on your admission to the postgraduate program at the College of Law of Shanghai University.

 I know that you have been keen to further your studies in a prestigious university and you have been working hard for this goal. I am delighted that your four years of hard work has finally been rewarded in this way. Obviously, your admission to Shanghai University is a step approaching your cherished dream of becoming a distinguished lawyer.

 Please accept my sincerest congratulations and best wishes for all the good future.
