清軍入臺(tái)前后的法律制度

    文章內(nèi)容摘要：本文就清軍入臺(tái)之后在刑事法律、民事法律、行政法律及貿(mào)易法律四方面予以歸納總結(jié)，就臺(tái)灣回歸清朝中央政府統(tǒng)治后的法律變遷予以闡述，并對(duì)其原因進(jìn)行分析。通過(guò)這些說(shuō)明臺(tái)灣的法律制度在清朝的大概情況及其反映出來(lái)的清政府的特別法律之對(duì)待，以及不當(dāng)之法等所導(dǎo)致之部分歷史性遺憾。最終并就祖國(guó)統(tǒng)一臺(tái)灣之問(wèn)題及法律制度的統(tǒng)一的關(guān)系予以簡(jiǎn)單闡述。

    Abstract: This article is about the criminal law，civil law，administrational law，and commercial law after center government army trooped into Taiwan，including the changes of law in Taiwan by center government in  Qing  Dynasty，and also analyses the reasons why the center government changes the attitude toward Taiwan and some provinces near Taiwan. General situation is discussed and special laws are made according to the special situation of Taiwan. However there were some laws were not suitable, which leaded to some historical pities. In the end, the relation between unity center government and the law system is discussed.
