畢業(yè)論文-淺析文學(xué)作品中孫權(quán)的用人藝術(shù) - 語言文學(xué)論文
摘 要
我國古代有很多描寫3國的文學(xué)作品，例如：陳壽的《3國志》；羅貫中的《3國演義》；蘇東坡的《大江東去》；關(guān)漢卿的《單刀會(huì)》等等。在這些描寫3國事件的所有文學(xué)作品中，孫權(quán)都是個(gè)必不可少的人物。3國之1的吳國：論地域，初時(shí)僅據(jù)有會(huì)稽、吳郡、丹陽、豫章、廬陵6郡，人口稀少，土地有限；論謀臣武將，不如曹操眾多；論兵力，不過曹操的10分之1。東漢末年，孫權(quán)能夠在父兄的基業(yè)上，勢(shì)單力薄的情況下，建立了1個(gè)雄踞江東的政權(quán)，筆者認(rèn)為主要是善于用人。由于孫權(quán)能夠“唯推誠信士，不恤人我欺”。發(fā)揮眾人的長處，聽取多方面的意見，通過主觀的努力，克服客觀上的弱點(diǎn)，使戰(zhàn)局由表面上的被動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)為實(shí)質(zhì)上的主動(dòng)，從容地應(yīng)付危局，從而在關(guān)鍵性的事件中發(fā)揮主導(dǎo)作用，形成了3足鼎立的格局，使得吳國政權(quán)存在近百年之久。探索孫權(quán)用人的藝術(shù)，筆者認(rèn)為有尊重老臣、大膽用人、不隨意誅殺臣屬這3個(gè)特點(diǎn)。用人之道即成功之本，探討孫權(quán)在用人方面策略和成效，以便讀者能夠更好的理解“孫權(quán)”這1人物形象。

ABSTRACT
Our country ancient times had very describes three countries the literary works, For example: Chen Shou San Guo Zhi; Luo Guanzhong San Guo Yan Yi; Su Dongpo Da Jiang Dong Qu; Guan Hanqing Dan Dao Hui and so on. Describes three countries events in these in all literary work, Sun Quan all are an essential character, Of a Wu Guo three countries: By region, initially when only occupies Guiji, Wu Jun, Danyang, the yuzhang, hut mausoleum six county, the sparse population, the land is limited; By the planning minister military commander, was inferior to Cao Cao is multitudinous; By military strength, but Cao Cao 1/10. The Eastern Han Dynasty last years, Sun Quan can in on father and elder brothers base industry, in the situation which Strength small and weak, the influence is small, established to be majestically located east of the lower reaches of the Changjiang rivers political power, the author thought mainly was is good at choosing a person for a job. Because Sun Quan can "only push the good faith gentleman, does not pity the human I to bully". Displays peoples strong point, listens to the various suggestions, through the subjective endeavor, overcomes objective on the weakness, causes the war passively to transfer the materially by the surface on the initiative, calmly deals with the crisis, thus displays the leading role in the crucial event, has formed the tripod vertical pattern, causes the Wu country political power existence to reach the nearly for hundred years long time, Explores art which Sun Quan chooses a person for a job, the author thought has respects the old feudal official, bold choosing a person for a job, puts to death official under the emperor these three characteristics not at will. Road of the choosing a person for a job is foundation of the success, discusses Sun Quan in the choosing a person for a job aspect strategy and the result, in order to the reader can a better understanding "Sun Quan" this character image.
