渭河下游河流沿線區域生態風險評價及管理研究

摘要： 以陜西渭河下游河流沿線區域為研究區,利用3S技術和多種數學建模及現代地理學中的數學方法,在美國生態風險評價的理論框架和區域生態風險評價的方法步驟下,對研究區進行了基于干旱、洪水、污染、水土流失4種風險源的綜合生態風險評價.結果表明,高風險區主要分布在渭河干流、黃河小北干流、涇河和灞河的一級緩沖區內;低風險區主要位于植被覆蓋度高的秦嶺北坡海拔1 300 m以上的山地區和西安及高陵縣內的部分地區.由于生態風險評價的最終目的是為環境管理提供數量化的決策依據和理論支持,因此最后對不同級別的風險區提出了具體的風險管理對策. Abstract： Taking the catchment area along the Weihe River in Shaanxi Province as a study area, by using 3S techniques, a variety of mathematical models and methods, under the theoretical framework and method's steps of American Ecological Risk Assessment and Regional Ecological Risk Assessment, general ecological risk was assessed on the basis of four risk sources of drought, flood, pollution and soil erosion. The results showed the high risk regions chiefly laid in the first buffer of mainstream in Weihe, northern Yellow River, Jinghe River and Bahe River. The low risk regions located in Xian city and Gaoling county partly, along with mountainous region above 1 300 m on northern slope of Qinling Mountain.
