中國環(huán)保產業(yè)發(fā)展與創(chuàng)新

摘要： 上世紀80年代以來,隨著我國經濟的快速發(fā)展和環(huán)保投入的不斷加大,加之國家出臺一系列鼓勵環(huán)保產業(yè)發(fā)展的政策措施,特別是推行市政公用行業(yè)市場化改革以來,我國環(huán)保產業(yè)得到快速發(fā)展并初具規(guī)模.同時,我們也清醒地認識到,現(xiàn)階段我國工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化尚未完成,污染治理任務仍然繁重,環(huán)保產業(yè)發(fā)展面臨前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)和機遇.本文通過對我國環(huán)保產業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在障礙的分析,有針對性地提出了促進我國環(huán)保產業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的政策建議. Abstract： Since the 1980s, with the rapid development of China's economy and the increases of the environmental protection investment, and with the publicity of a series of policies and measures for encouraging the development of environmental protection industry, especially with the implementation of the market-oriented reform for city public utilities, China's environmental industry has made rapid development and achieved preliminary scale.
