上流式厭氧污泥床反應器的腐蝕與防護

摘要： 由于上流式厭氧污泥床（UASB）內發生的反應主要屬于化學過程和生物過程，因此UASB反應器內壁極易發生腐蝕，從而影響反應效果，降低設備使用壽命，增加維護費用。在分析了上流式厭氧污泥床反應器的結構與工藝對腐蝕的作用的基礎上，討論了腐蝕機理，提出了應在改進防腐設計、采用耐腐蝕材料和對設備進行防腐處理等3個方面采取措施，從而防止UASB反應器內的腐蝕現象。 Abstract： Because of the chemical and biologicalre actions in an up-flowanaerobic sludge blanket (USRB) reactor, the inner surfaces of the UASB reactor are easy to corrode, so that the reaction efficiency and the service life of the reactor are decreased and the maintenance cost is increased.
