三相流化床中載體表面生物膜形成與膜厚影響因素實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

摘要： 實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了內(nèi)導(dǎo)流筒式三相好氧生物流化床處理低濃度廢水時高分子載體表面生物膜的形成條件以及操作條件對生物膜厚度的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明，在水力停留時間2.5～3 h，有機(jī)容積負(fù)荷6.01～7.08 kgCOD/(m3*d)條件下，能培養(yǎng)出穩(wěn)定的生物膜，13 d膜厚達(dá)100 μm以上；當(dāng)有機(jī)容積負(fù)荷率為15 kgCOD/(m3*d)時，生物膜厚度為140 μm，此時生物膜活性最好，COD去除率最高；如果供氧充分，有機(jī)負(fù)荷在5～15 kgCOD/(m3*d)時，載體表面有穩(wěn)定的生物膜，盡管生物膜厚度不同，但COD去除率均在85%以上。 Abstract： The experiments were conducted in a three-phase fluidized-bed bioreactor with internal loop to investigate the effects of operation codition on the formation of biofilm on a porous polymer carrier,for treating the wastewater of low condition. The results show that,under the condition of the HRT of 2.5～3　h　and the organic volume load rate of 6.01～7.08 kgCOD/(m3*d),the biofilm begions to form steadily on the carrier surface and reaches more than 100 μm in thickness after 13 days.
