固定化厭氧微生物處理含五氯酚廢水

摘要： 在厭氧條件下，分別以海藻酸鈣(CA)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)為固定化微生物包埋劑，采用正交試驗法，確定了其適宜的包埋條件。對形成的兩種固定化微生物小球進行了比較，其中CA球的機械強度及吸附性能不及PVA球，但傳質性能強于PVA球。在低負荷下CA球的PCP去除率高于PVA球，在高負荷下，則反之。固定化微生物對廢水中PCP處理效率均優于未包埋的活性污泥。 Abstract： The optimal conditions for immobilizing anaerobic sludge acclimated for PCP biodegradation were determined through orthogonal-tests by using Calcium Alginate(CA) and PVA as the entrapped carrier,respecitively.The two kinds of immobilized pellets formed were compared each other,and the results show that CA pellets are weaker than PVA ones in mechanical intensity and the ability of adsorption,but are better in mass transfer.The removal rate of PCP by CA pellets is higher than that by PVA one at lower loading,while an opposite performance can be obtained at higher loading.PCP biodegradation efficiency treated by both CA and PVA pellets is better than that by suspended cultures. 作 者： 李小明    楊朝暉    李海英    陳昭宜    LI Xiao-ming    YANG Zhao-hui    LI Hai-yin    CHEN Zhao-yi   作者單位： 湖南大學環境科學與工程系,  期 刊： 湖南大學學報(自然科學版)  ISTICEIPKU   Journal： JOURNAL OF HUNAN UNIVERSITY(NATURAL SCIENCES)  年，卷(期)： 2001, 28(2)  分類號： X172  關鍵詞： 五氯酚    厭氧降解    固定化
