個人簡歷是以書面形式向用人單位介紹自己，通過投遞簡歷的方式可爭取面試的機會。個人簡歷雖然不是面對面的交流，但是通過個人簡歷上的內容可以讓用人單位看到很多信息，包括求職者的基本資料、工作能力、性格特點，還能通過個人簡歷看出求職者求職的誠意。有些個人簡歷所使用的語言語氣、態度不好，即便是能力上過人也很難讓用人單位接受。
那么，編寫個人簡歷要采用怎樣的語氣和態度呢?
1)，真實誠懇
一份出色的個人簡歷必然兼備真實性特點，不真實的簡歷會讓用人單位覺得是在浪費時間。不管求職者的優勢有多大，能力有多高求職都應該保持有真實誠懇態度。如果求職者的態度不好，又怎么能指望被別人善待呢?那么要如何表現自己的真實誠懇態度呢?一來要保證個人簡歷有足夠的內涵，二來簡歷的設計與打印都要用心，讓用人單位在拿到你的簡歷那一刻就看出你的認真。
2)，不卑不亢
編寫個人簡歷要把持有不卑不亢的語氣，不卑是指在簡歷中不能以低三下四的語氣去乞求對方給你一次機會，要知道用人單位做的不是慈善事業，他們要的是有才能的人才，你能不夠絕不會因為乞求而通融，過分的乞求與依賴甚至會令對方反感。不亢則是指不能過分自信，過分自信就變成了自負，太過狂妄的言論也會令人不喜。
3)，實事求是
編寫個人簡歷要保持實事求是的態度，最好能以第三人稱的角度來表現自己的能力，用事實說話以數據做為論據，提高簡歷的真實性與說服力，即可提高簡歷的通過率。
