1)表示舉例
表示舉例的過(guò)渡詞在考研寫作中是最常見(jiàn)的。這類過(guò)渡詞經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)在考生寫出自己的觀點(diǎn)后，用舉例例證自己的觀點(diǎn)。

2) 表示比較和對(duì)照
表示比較和對(duì)照的過(guò)渡詞經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)在寫作的第一段。考生在表達(dá)自己的觀點(diǎn)的時(shí)候，有時(shí)會(huì)先提一下對(duì)立的觀點(diǎn)，然后再提出自己的觀點(diǎn);有時(shí)候是用于兩種事物或情況的對(duì)比。這類過(guò)渡詞包括：

3) 表示遞進(jìn)
表示遞進(jìn)關(guān)系的過(guò)渡詞，經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)在寫作的正文部分。文章的第二段是例證自己觀點(diǎn)的部分，是整篇作文的“body”。因此，這一類過(guò)渡詞是非常重要的。

4) 表示結(jié)果
表示結(jié)果的過(guò)渡詞基本出現(xiàn)在文章的最后一段。這類過(guò)渡詞包括：
in conclusion; in short; on the whole; finally; lastly; to sum up; to conclude; in any event
