　　“有一定社會資源者，學歷要求可適當放寬”，昨天，在高新區人力資源市場舉辦的招聘會上，市區一家證券公司的招聘廣告，讓應屆畢業生吳勁波有些茫然，“社會關系重過學歷能力，單位是在用人還是在拉關系?”記者證實，當前在市場尚未恢復的情況下，尤其以服務和營銷為主的用人單位，除對員工年齡、學歷等有要求外，都特別強調應聘者的“社會資源”。

　　吳勁波畢業于南京一所本科院校市場營銷專業，昨天來應聘這家證券公司的銷售崗位。“在確認自己是本地戶籍后，對方繼續追問社會關系，自己的親戚朋友同學，還有父母工作單位都問了。”吳同學告訴記者，招聘方直言不諱，稱干他們這行，說白了就是靠關系，一張白紙是很難做下去的，“能拉來大戶就是最強的能力，比啥學歷啥水平都強”。他有些無奈，自己來自城市普通家庭，沒什么“資源”，用人單位這樣做，其實是人為設置了一道不平等的門檻，剝奪了畢業生平等就業的機會。招聘現場，強調“社會資源”的廣告不在少數，記者注意到，有的企業招聘大學生時，會先詢問有無“社會資源”，再按肯定或否定回答將簡歷分成兩沓。不少畢業生接受采訪時都表示，并非所有畢業生都有用人單位所指的“社會資源”，以此作為用人的條件，許多優秀但沒有“關系”的畢業生就得不到機會。

　　昨天，蘇州友邦保險1名人事主管接受記者采訪時，道出了不少服務、銷售類企業的心聲。他認為，金融危機造成的影響尚未消除，市場尚未全面恢復，特別是服務和營銷企業，要拓寬業務渠道、提升業績，就必須有強大的業務網絡和客戶群來支撐。標明“有社會資源者優先”也是公司謀求發展的生存之道，挺正常，畢竟“社會資源”能帶來“快速績效”。

　　市人才服務中心副主任余蘇向記者表示，截至目前，在蘇就業的高校應屆畢業生中，非公企業接納人數占總量九成以上，特別是一些與業務、經營、經濟效益掛鉤的職位，對畢業生有這方面的需求。他認為，企業招人用人不應急功近利，而應建立一整套培訓體系，為員工提供發展空間和平臺。同時，在校大學生也應積極參加見習、實習，在提升自身就業能力的同時，增加對社會的了解，積累經驗和能力。
