　　一、開頭

　　開頭一定要開門見山的寫明你對公司有興趣并想擔(dān)任他們空缺的職位，以及你是如何得知該職位的招聘信息的。

　　二、推銷自己

　　信的第二部分要簡短地敘述自己所學(xué)的專業(yè)以及才能，特別是這些才能將滿足公司的需要。沒有必要具體陳述，詳細(xì)內(nèi)容引導(dǎo)對方查看你的簡歷。 此外，推銷時要適度，不能夸大其詞。

　　三、聯(lián)系方式寫清楚

　　在求職信中給出你電話預(yù)約面試的可能時間范圍，或表明你希望迅速得到回音，并標(biāo)明與你聯(lián)系的最佳方式。

　　四、收尾

　　感謝他們閱讀并考慮你的應(yīng)聘。

　　寫求職信時，有幾點是一定要注意的：

　　首先求職信的篇幅不要太長，簡明扼要就可以了。其次切莫夾寄太多附錄或是支持文件，諸如證書、獎狀等復(fù)印件，除非是招聘單位在招聘廣告中特別申明要求的，否則寄了厚厚一大疊材料，成本代價不菲，收效可能甚微。最后，態(tài)度要誠懇，不需要任何豪言壯語，也不用使用任何華麗的詞匯，只要讓對方讀來覺得親切、自然、實實在在就可以了。
