　　My view on diy today the diy is very popular with us ，it is very new and fashionable， in my opinion ，i believe it is very good thing， first ， it can give you real experience in doing something or making something and this experience is valuable ，besides ， it is a good way to express your own idea ，you can realize your idea by diy.

　　For example, you can make a cake or dish by your own idea , what is more, today, by diy ,we can enjoy the happiness from it and get the sense of success or achievement by diy, finally, diy is a good way to reduce cost when we make something, all in all , it is a very good thing and suitable for many youth.

　　I went to the senior high school one year ago, and got my first job from the English Club of the school association. My job as an editor in our school’s initial newspaper started from then and continued to now.

　　At first, the senior asked me time after time, "Can you concert your time between the study and the job?" I thought it was easy and responded quickly with a "yes". Then, I began to collect the information from the bilingual magazines, websites and so on. It was tough, although our newspaper was published only twice in a term. As a result, our end product must be precious; it always reminded us of doing better, better, until we become the best. We must set type by ourselves, and considered the color’s collocation. Don’t misunderstand, our newspaper wasn’t a color page, but two-tone (black and red). Well, it limited the publishing effect, but it could prove our ability at the same time.

　　My first job, which is quite a tough job, has never defeated me all along.

　　Nowadays DIY is very popular. For my part, not only can DIY give us confidence and independence by emphasizing our abilities in doing something special but also it can make us lower our living cost. Besides you can enjoy “do-it-yourself” in your daily life if you have time.

　　I am a student and my parents never let me do anything. But on Mother’s day, I wanted to make my mother surprised. I cooked the meal and washed my clothes though I did them clumsily. I felt happy at my parent’s praise, so I decided I would do all by myself from now on. It’s very important for me to do my own work by myself and I am sure that it will benefit me a lot to do-it-yourself in my life.

　　Just as an English proverb says “God helps those who help themselves”, let’s do it ourselves from now on to make us perform better in the future.

　　Mum’s birthday was coming,so I decided to make her a birthday music box.I kept this secret,because I wanted to give her a surprise.It took me three hours to make it.During the course of making it,many things went wrong.

　　I sticked a real rose to the cover of the box.After Mum opened the box,she heard the birthday song.This was the first time for me to make a present for Mum with my own hands.Mum was very happy,and I was even happier.
