　　春節的時候包餃子那才叫熱鬧呢!一家人聚在一起，男人和小孩在客廳里玩耍、拉呱;女人們則在一旁拉著家常。一直玩到傍晚，才開始準備包餃子的餡料和面團。包餃子正式開始時，已是華燈初上的時候了。女兒們和兒媳們個個心靈手巧，一邊閑扯家常，一邊手上不停。手指翻飛間，一個個餃子初具雛形，密密麻麻地排列著。

　　該是下餃子的時候了，摒棄了平常用的煤氣，而是啟用了逐漸淘汰的灶臺。大鍋里倒上滿滿的一鍋水，灶臺下柴火燒得正旺，風箱被拉得呼呼作響，餃子被一個個地趕下了鍋。這時，小孩子按捺不住好奇心，也要跑來幫忙拉風箱、添柴火。餃子煮好了，孩子們的手和臉也變黑了。

　　餃子真正上桌的時候，已是晚上八點多鐘了，這時春晚也開始了。男人們在大廳里劃拳喝酒，看著春晚，一片熱鬧;女人們則在廚房另拼一桌，輕聲細語地扯著家常，一片溫馨。農村有個習俗：女人是不能上正桌吃飯的。

　　即使過了那么多次春節，也仍然忘不了那裊裊蒸氣后那些朦朧的臉龐，忘不了餃子入口時那一刻的溫馨，忘不了春節那和睦的氣氛。
