電話中經常聽到的英語服務語
1、空號：中文：您好！您所撥打的號碼是空號，請核對后再撥。
英文：Sorry! The number you dialed does not exist, please check it and dial later.
2、被叫用戶關機：
中文：您好！您所撥打的電話已關機。
英文：Sorry! The subscriber you dialed is power off.
3、被叫不在服務區：
中文：對不起！您撥打的用戶暫時無法接通，請稍后再撥。
英文：Sorry！The subscriber you dialed can not be connected for the moment, please redial later.
4、主叫欠費停機/單向停機
中文：對不起！您的電話已欠費，請您續交話費，謝謝！
英文：Sorry, your telephone charge is overdue, please renew it, thank you!
5、用戶申請臨時停機/其他原因暫時停機：
中文：對不起！您的電話已停機。詳情請垂詢“1860”。
英文：Sorry! Your telephone service is suspended, for more information, please dial “1860”.
6、被叫停機：
中文：對不起！您撥打的電話已停機。
英文：Sorry! The number you dialed is out of service.
7、被叫忙：
（1）被叫用戶登記了呼叫等待功能
中文：您好！請不要掛機，您撥打的電話正在通話中。
英文：Sorry! Please hold on，the subscriber you dialed is busy now,.
（2）被叫用戶未登記呼叫等待功能
中文：您好！您撥打的電話正在通話中，請稍后再撥。
英文：Sorry! The subscriber you dialed is busy now, please redial later.
8、中繼忙/網絡忙：
中文：對不起！您撥打的用戶暫時無法接通，請稍后再撥。
英文：Sorry！The subscriber you dialed can not be connected for the moment, please redial later.
9、被叫用戶設置了呼入限制：
中文：對不起！您撥打的用戶已設置呼入限制.
英文：Sorry! The subscriber you dialed has set barring of incoming calls.
10、 國際長權限制：
中文：您好！您的電話尚未登記國際長途業務，請辦理登記手續。詳情請垂詢“1860”。
英文：Sorry! You have not applied for IDD service, please make registrations. For more information, please dial “1860”.
11、GSM手機撥GSM手機加“0”：
中文： 請直接撥打對方手機號碼，無需加“0”。

14、112緊急呼叫：
中文：您好！匪警請撥110，火警請撥119，急救中心請撥120，交通故障請撥122，市話障礙請在112前加撥長途區號。
英文：Hello! Please dial 110 for police, 119 for fire, 120 for ambulance，122 for traffic accident and dial area code before 112 for fixed-phone obstacle.
15、其它運營商方向線路故障：
中文：對不起！對方網絡暫時無法接通，請稍后再撥。

16、長權限制/非法主叫:
