　　I think I am very healthy！

　　And for breakfast,I usually eat eggs,bread,and drink some milk.For lunch,I always eat rice,fish,and some vegetables.In the afternoon , I usually eat some fruit.I like eating apples, oranges,bananas and pears.For dinner,I usually eat noodles and soup. 　

　　But I don't like eating junk food.Because they are very very dirty!And they are bad for my health. 　

　　I like drinking juice.And I drink juice three or four times a week. 　

　　Emm……，My healthy lifestyle helps me get good grades.
