新形勢下保障我國能源安全的戰略選擇

摘要： 文章從能源安全的內涵和能源安全觀的演變歷程出發,全面分析了新形勢下我國能源安全面臨的主要挑戰,系統提出了保障我國能源安全的戰略思路和需要著力提高的6種能力,以及保障我國能源安全的7項重點任務.
